Hands-free cook mode

Say “next” or “back” to move through a recipe. Timers start on their own when a step needs one.

What changed

We rebuilt this part of the app after a month of feedback from Pantry households. It is on by default for everyone, and you can turn it off in Settings.

Fixes

Faster sync for shared lists on slow connections. Recipe imports keep the original photo. Several small layout fixes for larger text sizes.
